I have won a small victory. I contacted the author of the article on gizmodo and she removed my image without an arguement. However she did inform me that said image is linked to several other publications of the same article. If anyone has seen it elsewhere could you let me know. Thank you all for your support, I am very honored to be a part of this community and I hope that I get the chance to meet one and all someday..... Qa'pla'

QlarH qavan, the passion of your concern for our fellow warrior's reputation is admirable. And I wouldn't want to seem to take his concern lightly.
If the need arises, we will form a Spartan phalanx and overwhelm the idiots who would sully the name of K'TOR.....with our indifference to their noise.

I agree with the worthy warrior that this dishonor done to his image is atrocious and uncalled-for--just think, a Terran puj, wanting his get to actually learn to speak the Civilized tongue, thlinghan Hol?! Really!

In mundane terms--this speaks of lessons learned on what NOT to do...A child is a precious resources, our future literally in this man's hands--no. let's not string him up. the priciple was sound, in teaching a child another language to understand to use as a grownup...but how about Americal Sign language, Spanish, Ojibway, Mandarin Chinese, or even Esperanto? To use one's child as a guinea pig calls not only one's parenting into question, but his sanity as well.

On intellectuall property--to make the mistake of Commander K'Tor's photo once, is understandable' a few times, with gritted teeth, it's done. let's move on. But K'Tor spent time to build a good reputation, not as a geek or a freak in costume, but as a learned Costuming artist with passion for his hobby, shich happens to be Klingon. It is truly a dishonor and disrespect for others to perpetuate the lie that K'Tor is NOT this D'Armond pataQ. To keep smearing an innocent man is not only creul and stupid, but possibly could be acted upon legally if the conditions are right. K'Tor may want to mundanely look into legal counsel if this becomes a hinderance to his hobby. If it harms, it IS a crime, even if a civil action. Good luck, K'Tor, and Qap'la for sticking to your disruptors about this. you didn't start the fight, but like any good klingon warrior, you damn well can FINISH it. Hegh majQa! Lushy, just own up and be luscious and bare. Ke'ereth put it so beautifully. Let me tell you, too, the girls of the Thirsty Thirty Thirdish Bird of Prey Close Formation Bar Storming Squadron enjoyed those pictures as well!!! Check their nose art....

And don't be thrown off the scent. K'TOR REALLY IS Mr. SPEERS and he is really a Romulan and he maintains five familiies on five different worlds and ....::oh shut up and go to sleep, Kishin!::
