Cutter creation and doing it by the book.

I am working on my cutter/cargo vessel. I have researched allot and i know to have it "legal" I can only mount certain weapons mounts by Federation law. Well I have only chosen 2 disruptor banks and a short range photon launcher. The launcher is gonna be hard to sneak by the inspectors but I am confident in the arts of corruption to get my vessel all the required permits.See More
