hello. I was just wondering who was going to play Star Trek Online (mmorpg)?

The game is currently taking close beta applications.

qurgh and I are in a Klingon Faction fleet (STO guilds) called Blood Of Kahless (bloodofkahless.com) if you were interested in a fun community to play with check us out.

I am very excited about STO and have been for years. I am definitely going to be playing, and will check out your guild post haste. :) How do you sign up for the Beta? That would be a great thing to be able to do.

glad to hear that your are exited about the game. In order to sign up for beta you have to go to startrekonline.com and to the right there will be a "beta preview apply now" link. If you haven't done so, you will have to register a forum account (free) in order to apply.

I have just come back from Gamestop and they are taking reservations for copies right now. It seems the official release date is Feb. 2nd. And with a $5 reserve, you recieve a code (when you pick up your copy that is), which unlocks the Enterprise (ans if I am right, you get to pilot your own NCC 1701....whatever letter they are up to now lol).

Imagine...a Klingon at the helm of one of Starfleet's finest ships, flying for the Empire! I have one word for it....Glorious!

I know this is waaay past when you first wrote this, but are still playing STO and do you still have the Fleet up? I have a Klingon in need of a Fleet. :) You can also drop an in game mail to Xina@mynameisxena if you want to chat in game. I'm a VERY casual player, just made Lt Commander rank
