Klingonspace

Warriors of the Klingon Empire come to drink and sing songs of past glory

Sadly the nice article I had was lost when the first KlingonSpace was shut down.

I will be slowly recreating the Featured QuchHa' article, however it will be done a bit slower than previously,

I will be featuring QuchHa' from TV, Movies, Comic Books, Games, and Video Games.

Laneth

Lieutenant Laneth was a female Klingon warrior who lived in the 22nd century. Her unit was infected with the Klingon augment virus in 2154.

She was among the Klingons chosen to undergo a genetic augmentation. However, as the DNA used was from human augments, it caused Laneth to lose her ridges and take on human features. In the end, it would have caused her an agonizing death. She took part in the attack on the Enterprise which failed. She met with General K'Vagh who told her to be strong. She stated that she would die with her fellow augments. He told her that there was a possible cure, but she wanted to know if her ridges could be returned. She felt that without her ridges, she and others like her would be outcasts in the empire. She told him that she felt fear for the first time due to the virus and that she would rather die. Fortunately, she and her unit were later cured by Phlox, although she and the rest of her race did not get their cranial ridges back. (ENT: "Divergence")

Laneth was played by actress Kristin Bauer.
