Warriors of the Klingon Empire come to drink and sing songs of past glory

1)     Well qe'San..thank you soo much for granting me this interview....

Now that your one of the Head Admin in Klingon Strike Force..How would you

like to see the Klingon Strike Force go into the future....and what changes (if any) you
        would like to see happen.....

For starters we've moved the KSF away from yahoo... They served the club well but it meant we required multiple groups to cover club comms, command comms, Imperial Review Board (for promotions), Campaign Co-ordination Command (RPG) and then other sites to front the club and host our chat room.. We're now using a forum environment with all of those things brought together and added advantage of being tied into Star Trek Online and build a Guild command structure for projects.. That's my real baby as this takes the project idea and runs. My hope is that each guild will reach a stage that they can publish something even if only as an online ebook... Things like the Klingon Cookbooks and Flora & Fauna books of the past. I could go on an on with that but I'll leave it with just saying I'm looking forward to the future.

The other aspect was touched on above but that's with the launch of STO. Apart from members just getting involved in that arena it's that CCC's RPG is now aligning itself with that storyline and we have our own STO forums so that may  get other STO players interested in other areas of the KSF..

We've also opened up some aspects of the club to people who just register at the site... They can dip in and out when and if they want to.

 2)     Do you have any favorite films?  if so.what ones..and any favorite actors/actresses
        if so..which one's and why....

Don't want to make enemies here but apart from the latest movie which is a whole different ball game one of my favourite ST films is "Insurrection" Yes there's things wrong with it although of the top of my head I can't think of any right now but it hits all the buttons for me with good storyline, action, love and humour.

 3)      Do you have any other hobbies in your life-if yes- what hobbies....

Magic... I'm and amateur magician and inventor and creator of magic props for magicians including professionals.. I'm also Secrtary of "The Magic Club of Great Britain".. I also fence with my preferred weapon being foil. I'm also just about to become a freemason with my initiation being this Thursday (25th Feb).

 4)     What do you think of the new Star Trek online game....explain if you already
play what characters you have..and why you chose them....

Have said a reasonable amount about how STO is affecting the club I have not played it myself and doubt I will get an opportunity... I have so far escaped playing any online games finding hard enough to fit in everything else and the odd PC game.. Although not STO I was given ST: Conquest for my Birthday and managed to play it

 5)      If you had the chance to be President of USA for a day....what would you do
         and why........

I'm a massive fan of Arnie as a body builder and film megastar. I love the film Demolition Man so even before he got if there was time in a day which I know here would be I would add an amendment to allow someone as commited to Ameria as he appears to be to be able to go for Presidency.. It would be down to him and the American people to do or not the last bit.. But then making a change to fulfill a film plotline prophecy is often not a sensible thing to do... Saying that you didn't as for sensible.

 6)       Alil birdy whispered in my ear..that your a WIZ at DABO..whats your secret??

Make them think you don't know what you're doing and flirt with the dabo girls but always keep your eye on the action and your target.  Also if you loose,  you loose.  You can never recover what lost... Just start afresh every bet no matter how long you've been playing win what they loose and/or walk away.

Thank you so much for being such a gracious...and obliging interview..psst...you
can stop checking for HOLOVIDS now...and by the way....the answer was YES..to the question you whispered in my ear <BIG GRIN HERE!!!!>

Meow, Prrr rrr rr (did I say I love Cats we have 7)

purrrrrrrr..qe'San you can groom my tail anytime...

Thank you so very much for a most interesting and wonderful interview

Great interview Lushy, Another wand waggler on site. I can't watch Magic tricks as I know many of the tricks, and knowing it's a trick sadly spoils it for me. So for me it's more the performer that I either like or dislike.
Fun, fun, fun, Lushy and Qe'San! Thank you:-)

I will have to look at "Insurrection" again with new eyes.

It's very welcome to hear a leading voice for the KSF here, too. One of our ongoing challenges (and privileges!) is to try to sort how our particular club loyalties mesh with our interest in contact with all who share our attraction to this fandom. Love it that the KSF site will be hospitable to members and non-members alike.

Great dabo advice, Qe'San! Just wondering--is there such a thing as a "dabo boy"?
